About Scribble & Spark Bookworks

Scribble & Spark Bookworks is a small, veteran-owned business dedicated to creating thoughtfully curated book boxes and literary gifts designed to inspire readers and writers alike. We are also an independent press. Beyond finding your next great read, we’re passionate about supporting the people behind the products. We proudly seek out small businesses, veteran-owned companies, and artisans who create exceptional goods while making a positive impact through community involvement, environmental responsibility, and causes that strengthen and uplift others.

Products and Availability

Each book box is thoughtfully curated based on product descriptions and, when applicable, customer survey responses.

Because many of our products are personalized and curated individually:

  • Box contents may vary.
  • Product photographs are representative and may not exactly match every shipment.
  • Occasionally, an item may become unavailable. If this happens, we may substitute it with a comparable item of equal or greater value.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product offerings without prior notice.

Personalized Book Selections

Our curated selections are based on the information you provide through our reading preference survey.

While we make every effort to choose books you’ll love, reading preferences are subjective. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that every selection will match your personal taste or that you have not previously read a selected title.

Please provide accurate and complete survey responses so we can make the best possible recommendations.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing or typographical errors
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you promptly and issue any applicable refund.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. Scribble & Spark Bookworks does not store your complete credit card information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the areas listed during checkout.

Orders are generally shipped according to our published shipping schedule. Estimated shipping dates are provided for planning purposes but are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and Refunds

Because our curated book boxes are personalized specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless:

  • the order arrives damaged,
  • an item is missing,
  • or an incorrect item was shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Non-personalized merchandise may be eligible for return in accordance with our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including our logo, branding, artwork, product names, photographs, graphics, text, and original content—is the property of Scribble & Spark Bookworks unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Copy or scrape website content without permission.
